职位描述:
TSP,即技术解决方案专家,主要为销售团队提供技术支持。作为技术咨询专家,通过售前/售后支持,为公司潜在客户和现有客户进行现场演示,以协助销售团队达成新交易,完成现有客户的重复购买。理想人选应有扎实的技术背景,和销售解决方案方面的经验,或其他相关销售经验。本职位提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇和广阔的发展前景。

1. 重点大学计算机,软件或电子科技相关专业,本科及以上学历,有海外学习经验者优先;

Description:
The Technical Solutions Professional (TSP) serves as the key technical point of contact for sales team. The TSP works in a consultative role to assist in the successful closings of new deals and repeat purchases by performing pre/post-sales support and on-site demonstrations to our prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and experiences in solution selling and other enterprise sales skills. Description:
As a Business Analyst in AvePoint, you will serve as the key requirement diver for customer engaging project to analyze business process and technical specifications. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Understand customers’ needs to design and create solution proposal.
2. Conduct competitive analysis.
3. Produce detailed feature specifications of various functional elements for the project.
4. Drive project feature implementation and deliver execution from end-to-end.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from Top Universities, Computer Science or related majors are preferred.
2. Good written and verbal English communications skills (CET-6 and above).
3. Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, hands on and able to engage at deep levels to solve problems.
4. Passionate about software usage, customer scenarios, latest hardware/ software technologies and software ecosystems.
5. Team player and able to work well in a team environment distributed across geographical locations.
6. Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com or other commercial off the shelf software (COTS) would be a great plus but not a must.
