Talent IS Operation Team Intern – Survey pre-analyzing (Shanghai)

Primary Objective:
The position supports the production and delivery of Total Remuneration Survey reports and Benefits Survey reports to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This is a demanding position that requires delivering under challenging conditions. Top performers may be offered a full time position upon graduation.

Key responsibilities:
1. Process client submitted questionnaires, verify the content through pre-defined check list as well as telephone interview with corporate HR;
2. Support client to fill in Mercer survey questionnaire, be able to answer client’s queries on the definition, survey methodology, use of the tools and etc.;
3 Assist analyst in other survey operational tasks.

1. Able to process massive data;
2. Proficient in Excel and other office software, database experience is preferred;
3. Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently under instruction;
4. Efficient time management ability and able to work under pressure and complete multi-task concurrently;
5. Be conscientious of time and quality;
6. Good communication and team work ability;
7. Detail-oriented, patient and with highly sense of responsibilities.

Internship period
6 months, starting from Apr. to Sep., 2016

主要职责：
1. 处理客户提交的调查问卷，根据预定的检查列表和与企业HR的电话沟通情况核实问卷内容。
2. 协助客户填写美世的调查问卷，回答客户的相关问题包括定义，调查方法，工具使用等。
3. 协助分析师在其他项目中运作方面的工作
