JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Purpose / Key Job Objective:
To provide secretarial and admin support of a confidential nature to the General Manager of CIGNA Data Services (Shanghai) Company Ltd. in respect of all departments, to include Customer Services / Operations /Finance including, where appropriate, support to other managers. Greet customers and vendors.

II. Main duties/Responsibilities
To competently perform the following secretarial and administrative assistant duties in an efficient and accurate manner, namely:
1. Scheduling and co-ordinating meetings/client visits, ensuring that agendas are well co-ordinated beforehand.
2. Co-ordinating details and scheduling of meetings or events and ensuring that all payments to vendors are made promptly and are logged accurately.
3. Performing any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by management or the board of directors that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.
4. Support the Operation team for Claim log and filing.

III. Experience and Skills Required
? Fluency in English and Mandarin – verbal and written
? University education required
? Degree or Certification in Secretarial Studies/Office Management preferred.
? Basic secretarial skills (competency in Microsoft suite of products, typing, word processing, audio-typing, PowerPoint, excel)
? Clear and professional communication, grammar and business writing skills
? Good organisational skills
