1. Office Merchandising Planning Team – Line Planner Intern

Job Purpose:

Provide analysis, insight and timely communication to support the business in determining which merchandise to buy, how much to buy and where the merchandise needs to be (in which stores / store groups), when and how much to allocate to stores. Partner with merchandisers, retail, and distribution teams to support centralized buying and distribution.


Job Description:
? In-Season Merchandising Execution:
- Execute in-season allocation to shops through the system
- Execute in-season replenishment to stores
- Provide ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis e.g.: sell out, stock level, replenishment, etc
- Consolidate CQR order/replenishment requests with recommendations for inventory action
- Communication with merchandising, retail and logistics for multiple tasks

? Post-Season Review:
- Provide analysis and documentation for post-season review
- Partner with Merchandiser, Retail, Finance, and Logistics teams to develop action steps for next season

Requirement:
Strong database and Excel skills
At least 3 days a week for next 6 months.
Proficiency in English oral and written
Strong analytical skills – being able to handle data, manipulate it, derive insights, and present it in an understandable way
Strong verbal communication, partnering, and influencing skills; ability to work well in a cross-functional environment


2.Office - Store Planning Department Intern

Job Purpose:
This opportunity enables you to have a professional working experience in a top Italian luxury company by working with project managers in Store Planning department.

Job Description:
1. All around store planning project support to Project Managers
2. Material collection and Filing
3. Store Maintenance requests follow up and system management
4. Administrative assistant via MS office, excel/PPT etc.
5. Other ad-hoc requests by line managers

Requirement:
1. College and above students, all majors are welcomed while engineering relevant preferred
2. Patient with good learning attitude, eager to ask questions
3. Good communication skills
4. 3+days a week as a must.
