As a Researcher, you will support the Project leader by being responsible for analyzing the job description, presenting suitable profiles to the consultant, and building up candidate CVs through your target list. You will be confident undertaking cold calling to candidates and demonstrate the ability to undertake in-depth research into the market to ensure performance targets and goals are met.
You will possess good understanding of the end to end recruitment process, a demonstrable track record within a similar role, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The successful candidates will speak both English and Mandarin.
