Position open: Sales Admin - Fluent English

The primary function of this position is to conduct sales activities.

What you will be doing:

1、负责接听客户来电，能进行初步判断并作前期跟踪维护；
Answer the income call ,recording information according to some standard, forward to relevant consultant ,then follow up the consultant’s feedback.
2、负责整理客户资料、销售协议、合同等存档管理；
Filing the customers’ documents including contract 、NDA and so on,assistant to sales .
3、协助内部运营团队参与相关会议；
Take part in the operation team’s conference if need, mainly for English translation.
4、及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，维护客户关系；
Actively follow up customer’s feedback ,keep good relationship with customers.
5、做好销售的后台支持；
Assisting to sales if need.

Requirements & Qualifications:
1、英语口语非常流利，英语水平最低CET-6及以上；
Must fluent in English speaking , at lease CET-6.
2、本科及以上学历，英语、国际贸易等专业；
Bachelor degree or above ,English or relevant major.
3、综合素质较高，具有较强的学习能力、抗压能力；对电子商务行业感兴趣。
Very good study ability and can work under pressure, interested in E-commerce.
4、性格开朗，有较强的沟通协调能力；
Open-minded, good communication skill.
5、有初级销售或销售助理相关经验优先；
With sales or sales admin experience will be preferable.
