Responsibility:

1) Support Project training activities, training schedule, training information & coordination, training room and other supporting training facilities.
2) Different project meeting arrangement, support on project communication, such as bulletin board, email communication etc.
3) Project administration & logistic support, visitor’s hotel, transportation, visa arrangement etc.
4) Other jobs as assigned by supervisor

Requirement

1) Grade 3/4 university student with preferred major on HR, administration or equivalent
2) With certain social practice experience
3) Good English both on oral & written
4) Strong sense of responsibility, quick learning, strong organization and coordination capability
5) Good team player and collaboration spirit
